Excess Liability Insurance

PUA offers available excess limits coverage above and beyond other carrier’s primary professional liability policies, either on a primary basis or even for a specific project. Coverage is designed for risks that need to build higher limits on a following form basis over their primary insurance coverage. Coverage is available on an E&S basis.

Features

  • Up to $5 Million (each claim and aggregate)
  • Minimum Premium: $7,500 for a Full Excess Limits Policy; $5,000 for a Specific Project Limits Policy
  • Minimum Deductible: N/A

For clients that require excess limits, all you need to do is forward a copy of their primary policy, a copy of the application completed for the primary policy, and current loss runs for our further review. We’ll also need a specific project excess supplemental application completed if the excess limits request is for a specific project.
